ISO/IEC 13869:2003标准中定义了多个消息类型，包括呼叫转移请求、呼叫转移确认、呼叫转移完成、呼叫转移挂机等。这些消息类型都有特定的消息格式和消息交换过程，以确保不同厂家的PISN设备之间可以正确地解析和处理这些消息。

此外，ISO/IEC 13869:2003标准还规定了错误处理的方法。如果在呼叫转移过程中发生错误，PISN设备需要向对方发送错误消息，以便对方可以及时处理错误。
