一、范围
本标准适用于滑阀真空泵（以下简称真空泵）的设计、制造、检验、标志、包装、运输等。

二、引用标准
下列标准中的条款通过本标准的引用成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用标准，其后所有的修改单（不包括勘误单）或修订版均不适用于本标准，但是，对于本标准的引用标准的所有修改单或修订版，本标准的各方可通过公告方式或协商方式确定是否采用。

四、技术要求
4.1 型号和规格
真空泵的型号和规格应符合设计文件的要求。

4.2 主要技术参数
真空泵的主要技术参数应符合设计文件的要求。

4.3 外观质量
真空泵的外观应无明显缺陷，表面应平整、光滑、无裂纹、无气泡、无明显划痕和污渍。

4.4 性能要求
真空泵应符合设计文件的要求，其性能应稳定可靠，使用寿命长。

4.5 安全要求
真空泵应符合国家有关安全规定的要求。

五、检验方法
5.1 外观检验
对真空泵的外观进行检查，应符合4.3的要求。

5.2 性能检验
对真空泵的性能进行检验，应符合4.4的要求。

5.3 安全检验
对真空泵的安全进行检验，应符合4.5的要求。

六、标志、包装、运输
6.1 标志
真空泵应在外包装上标明以下内容：
a) 生产厂家名称、地址和联系方式；
b) 真空泵型号和规格；
c) 净重和毛重；
d) 出厂日期或批号。

6.2 包装
真空泵应采用适当的包装材料进行包装，以保证在正常运输和搬运过程中不受损坏。

6.3 运输
真空泵应采用适当的运输方式进行运输，以保证在正常运输过程中不受损坏。
