一、范围
本标准适用于透明电表箱箱体的设计、制造和检验。

二、引用标准
下列标准中的条款通过本标准的引用成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用标准，其最新版本（包括所有修改单）适用于本标准。

本标准所涉及的术语和定义见GB/T 2900.31和GB/T 2900.32。

四、要求
4.1 材料
箱体材料应符合下列要求：
a) 透明材料应为有机玻璃或聚碳酸酯等透明材料；
b) 非透明材料应为耐候性好、机械强度高的材料。

4.2 外观质量
箱体应平整、无变形、无裂纹、无气泡、无划痕、无污染、无色差、无异物等缺陷。

4.3 尺寸和公差
箱体尺寸应符合设计要求，公差应符合下列要求：
a) 长度、宽度、高度公差不大于±1mm；
b) 壁厚公差不大于±0.5mm。

4.4 透明度
透明材料的透明度应符合设计要求。

4.5 机械性能
箱体应具有足够的机械强度和刚度，能够承受正常使用条件下的载荷和振动。

4.6 防护等级
箱体的防护等级应符合设计要求。

4.7 标志
箱体应标明制造厂名、型号、规格、生产日期等信息。

五、试验方法
5.1 外观检验
按GB/T 2828.1的规定进行检验。

5.2 尺寸检验
按GB/T 2829的规定进行检验。

5.3 透明度检验
采用透光度计进行检验。

5.4 机械性能检验
按设计要求进行检验。

5.5 防护等级检验
按设计要求进行检验。

六、检验规则和标志
6.1 检验规则
按GB/T 2828.1的规定进行检验。

6.2 标志
箱体应标明制造厂名、型号、规格、生产日期等信息。

七、包装、运输及贮存
7.1 包装
箱体应采用适当的包装材料进行包装，包装应符合GB/T 191的要求。

7.2 运输
箱体应采用适当的运输方式进行运输，运输过程中应避免碰撞、挤压等损坏。

7.3 贮存
箱体应存放在干燥、通风、无腐蚀性气体的环境中，避免阳光直射和高温环境。
