ISO/IEC 13868:2003标准还规定了名称识别补充服务的信令流程和消息格式。在PISN中，名称识别补充服务的信令流程包括以下步骤：

1. 发送方向PISN发送呼叫请求消息。
2. PISN向接收方发送呼叫请求消息。
3. 接收方向PISN发送呼叫确认消息。
4. PISN向发送方发送呼叫确认消息。
5. 发送方向PISN发送名称识别请求消息。
6. PISN向接收方发送名称识别请求消息。
7. 接收方向PISN发送名称识别响应消息。
8. PISN向发送方发送名称识别响应消息。
9. 发送方向PISN发送呼叫释放消息。
10. PISN向接收方发送呼叫释放消息。
