3. 呼叫请求拒绝：如果被叫方无法接受呼叫请求，可以向发起方发送一个呼叫请求拒绝信号，表示无法接受呼叫请求。

4. 呼叫请求超时：如果被叫方在一定时间内没有接收到呼叫请求，可以向发起方发送一个呼叫请求超时信号，表示呼叫请求已经超时。

通过这些信令协议，不同的PISN之间可以实现呼叫请求补充服务的交换，从而提供更加完善的通信服务。
