IEC 60317-38:2013 标准规定了一种聚酯或聚酰亚胺覆盖聚酰亚胺酰胺漆包圆铜线，200级，带有粘结层。该标准适用于制造电机、变压器和其他电气设备的绕线电缆。

该标准要求漆包圆铜线的导电部分应符合 IEC 60317-0-1 标准中的规定。覆盖层应由聚酯或聚酰亚胺制成，其厚度应符合表1中的规定。粘结层应由聚酰亚胺酰胺制成，其厚度应符合表1中的规定。
