此外，本标准还要求电池必须符合以下要求：

1. 电池必须具有标识和警告标志；
2. 电池必须具有使用说明书；
3. 电池必须具有安全性能测试报告。

本标准的实施可以提高二次锂电池和电池的安全性，减少电池事故的发生，保护人身安全和财产安全。
